Comfort, Company and Confidence

Our residential care is ideal for those who may no longer feel secure living alone, or who would benefit from a little extra help with daily life. Residents enjoy their own private en-suite bedroom, delicious home-cooked meals, and a full programme of activities, all with the comfort of knowing that a friendly, trained team is always nearby.

There’s no rush, no pressure, and no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, we focus on the individual—on what they enjoy, how they like to spend their day, and what matters most to them.

A Life Well Lived

Redlands House is lively, homely and full of personality. Many of our residents find a renewed sense of independence and connection when they move in—whether that’s through making new friends, joining in with a gardening group, or simply enjoying a cup of tea in good company.

Our care team are always on hand, not just to support, but to listen, share stories and brighten someone’s day. It’s care that goes beyond tasks—it’s care that’s felt.

Who Is Residential Care For?

Residential care may be right for you or a loved one if:
  • Living at home no longer feels safe or manageable

  • You’d benefit from companionship and regular support

  • Help is needed with personal care, meals, or medication

  • There’s a desire to enjoy a more social, secure environment

Settling In

We take the time to help every resident feel at home from day one. You’re welcome to personalise your room with familiar items and photos, and we’ll work closely with you and your family to make sure everything is just right—from daily routines to meals and preferences.

We also welcome privately funded residents and those supported through local authority or NHS placements.
